- Presented to the UP System Presidential Advisory Council for discussion & endorsement by UP President Erlinda Roman to the UP-BOR on August 15, 2007
- Approved by the UP Board of Regents in its 1223rd meeting on August 22, 2007
- The Research Grants Administration Office was restructured last 15 September 2015 in order to keep up with the continuously changing landscape of health research.
