UPM undergraduate and graduate students (including medical students)
Thesis/Research Adviser must be a holder of plantilla item within UPM

Maximum Grant Amount:
PHP 100,000 per project (MOOE only)

Requirements:
1. Word file and PDF of the Full Thesis/Research Proposal
2. Endorsement Letter addressed to the NIH Executive Director; signed by the Thesis/Research Adviser, Department Chair, and College Dean
3. Certificate of RGAO registration
4. Certificate of thesis panel review approval
5. UPMREB/IACUC/IBBC Certificate of Approval / Exemption; OR Acknowledgment Letter with panel assignment

Deadline of Submission: 31 January 2026 (Saturday) / 11:59 PM
